With over two decades of experience across Asia and Africa, Clement has established himself as a transformative leader, known for driving performance and growth. His extensive background in supply chain management, operations optimization, and commercial strategy positions him perfectly to lead the expansion and innovation of Urbanew’s Industrial & Commercial Spaces division.

Strategic Leadership Across Global Markets
Clement’s career is defined by his ability to steer businesses toward substantial growth and success. As the former CEO of DHL Global Forwarding for Sub-Saharan Africa, Clement oversaw operations across 14 countries, delivering double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability. His leadership played a pivotal role in transforming underperforming markets into thriving business units through strategic management and cultural change.

Prior to this, Clement served as Managing Director for DHL in South Africa, where he achieved remarkable three-digit growth in profitability and expanded market share by 50%. His leadership accomplishments also extend to his tenure in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos, where he was repeatedly honored as CEO of the Year for his role in driving triple-digit growth and market leadership.
