Urbanew Welcomes Kim Cruz as Group Director of Operations

We are delighted to welcome Kim Cruz as Group Director of Operations, based in our Maputo office. In this key leadership role, Kim will oversee all operations across the Southern African region, furthering Urbanew’s commitment to delivering world-class advisory, development, and brokerage services throughout the continent.

A proud Mozambican national, Kim brings a distinguished background in diplomacy and regional operations. He previously held a senior position at the Saudi Embassy in Mozambique and most recently led the operations team at SIR Maputo, a respected name in Mozambique. Kim’s deep local knowledge, operational expertise, and extensive network across public and private sectors make him ideally suited to lead our growth across the region.

As Group Director of Operations, Kim will be responsible for overseeing project execution, stakeholder engagement, and the strategic development of Urbanew’s footprint in Southern Africa.
